Christmas and New Year's Eve

We've had such a busy couple weeks!  We had 7 Christmases this year and put many miles on our vehicle :)

After our Christmas celebration on Christmas Eve morning, we traveled to Monterey early in the afternoon.  We celebrated with the Wamsley family and then back to Nana and Papa L.'s house for the night.
(No big deal, just a giant wrestling match between these guys and Uncle Ross at Christmas).

We woke up Christmas morning and celebrated at their house and then went to Nana and Papa B.'s house in the afternoon to celebrate Christmas with my family.  On Saturday, we celebrated with the Zurcher family.

And Sunday, we had the Lindvall Family Christmas.
We went back to Indy for a few days and then left for Columbus.  The kids had a great time seeing all their old friends, house, and church.  Connor ended up getting sick the second night we were there and we made a quick stop at the doctor's office the next morning.  Thankfully, they gave him an antibiotic and he seems to be 100% now!  He either had strep or tonsillitis…..either way, he's much better now!
Trying to keep Emery entertained in the doctor's office.  Elli was at her best friend's house (Kendyl) playing.

On New Year's Eve, we traveled up to Mansfield and stayed at the 'Red Hotel Slide' to celebrate Christmas with Grandma and Grandpa Brauchler.  The kids had a great time at the hotel.  Emery especially loved swimming and going down the slide.

Yesterday, she found her swim diapers and went crazy thinking it was time to go swimming.
We ended up staying until Saturday morning.  We grabbed a quick lunch with my grandparents and then headed back to Indianapolis.
We had a great, busy Christmas break!  The kids had so much fun!

2015 has been a year of changes and adjustments for us.  We got settled in our 'new to us' Westerville home, Emery had surgery, Elli started Kindergarten, Emery went from being a baby to a toddler, we left Ohio to move to Indiana, and so much more!  We're feeling good about where we are and are confident 2016 will be just as good as our previous years have been!

Colts Game

The kids (and Scott) got to start their Christmas break by going to the Colts game!  This was Connor's 2nd game (he and Scott went to a game a few weeks before this) and Elli's first game!  The kids loved sitting with their cousins and hanging out with them for the day!
After the game, the kids got to go on the field for FCA day.  Apparently, there was a lot of running around and tackling happening….this usually happens when these Lindvall kids get together.  Yes, Elli just becomes one of the boys!

Such a fun day for these Lindvall kiddos!  Thanks Papa L. for the tickets and Papa B. for getting them on the field!

Santa

At the beginning of December, we went to the John Deere store to visit Santa and to see the lights.  We took some pictures beforehand of just the kids.
Elli received her medal from playing soccer on this day.  She was so excited.  She finished soccer in October; however, our friends picked up our medal for us in November when the team met for a get together.  Scott picked up her medal from our friend's house when he was traveling through Columbus.

Emery loved Santa and Mrs. Clause just we expected :)
The kids loved playing on the tractors!
I think they got on every tractor!
