I'm not sure I'd call our father's day relaxing, but we did manage to have some fun despite a very long, chaotic, and exhausting 3 hour roadtrip and bedtime. We had a Father's Day lunch with Grandma and Grandpa Wamsley, Ross and his boys, & Nana and Papa L. The rest of the time was spent taking tractor rides, swinging, and playing on the swing set.
Do you see that little head peeking through?? Connor loved being up that high!
We decided that we'd head home around nap time in hopes that it would be an easy, peaceful drive home. The first 45 minutes were successful as both kiddos slept. Connor then started to cough, Elli woke up, and the rest of the drive back was nothing but stress! Both kids were ready to get out of the car and who could blame them! As soon as we got the kids out of the car, they were going nonstop running/crawling around everywhere!
We decided to do a quick photo shoot after baths. Elli was very excited about it, Connor was not.
Finally, we got a smile out of him!!
Elli gives the best kisses!!!!
Happy Father's Day to a phenomenal husband and Daddy!!
